Megan Longo, Vice President and Chair of the Policies and Procedures committee on the board. Holds a BaH in Sociology with minors in English Literature and Cultural Studies. The combination of education and over ten years experience in providing Government Level Social Services allows me to successfully guide the polices and procedures and make sure the learners will in turn have successful outcomes. A major reason for joining the board was being part of an organization that can provide the necessary tools and resources to help facilitate our learners toward a successful and positive experience through programs such as leadr. The one on one approach is fundamental in our learning process. This cornerstone is what Leadr has over other organizations and why it’s so important to our community we serve and it will continue to build up our community for years to come.
